SPRING HAVEN
Overview
Spring Haven is Summergate's newest community in Otsego, bringing a fresh mix of single family homesites to one of Wright County's fastest growing cities. The neighborhood is designed around a network of ponds and wetland buffers, giving future residents a natural, connected setting from the very first phase.
The concept plan calls for a mix of 75 foot lots with 60 foot pads and 65 to 70 foot lots (R-5) with 50 foot pads, offering a range of homesite sizes to fit different stages of life. Front, side, and rear setbacks are designed around generous wetland buffers throughout the site.
