Overview
Meridian Fields is a new Summergate development along Odean Avenue in Otsego, with frontage on 70th Street NE (County Road 39). The concept plan covers a gross project area of 62.3 acres, with a net developable area of 54.8 acres after accounting for arterial right of way and a 4 acre owner retained homestead.
The community is planned for 139 total lots, a mix of 65 foot and 55 foot wide homesites, at a net density of 2.54 lots per acre. Ponds and open space wind through the site via Outlots A through D, giving the neighborhood a natural, connected feel from the very first phase.
