Overview
Cedar Creek Villas, within the City of Lakeville, consists of 37 single family villa lots conveniently located at the southwest corner of Cedar Avenue and Highway 50 (202nd Street). The site is situated within close proximity to shopping and employment opportunities as well as plenty of outdoor recreational destinations.
The lots are sized to accommodate a 40' by 70' pad, and many back up to water features. Cedar Creek Villas is an association maintained community, handling everything from lawn and snow to garbage and recycling pickup, carefree living at its best.
Construction is set to begin during the summer of 2022, with lots available later in the year. Subsequent phase development is planned to occur in 2023.
