Building a home starts long before the first shovel hits the ground. Our team puts in hours of hands on work to choose the right location for every community we build, then holds every stage of construction to the same high standard, so nothing falls through the cracks along the way.
Because we develop the land our homes are built on, you may have real input on the features of your new home, depending on when you join the community. That means the earlier you get involved, the more chances you'll have to shape a home around what your family actually needs, not just pick from what's left.

Set on Dodd Boulevard in North Lakeville, just minutes from Apple Valley, Summers Creek is where a lot of Summergate families are building right now. It is a neighborhood we developed ourselves, down to the streets and the lots, before a single home went up.
The community includes 84 single family homesites and 131 association maintained villa pads, with several of our custom floor plans available to build. Whether you want a full single family home or a lower maintenance villa, there is a plan here that fits.
