We Develop Communities
TIMBER CREEK
Overview
Located in Carver, just north and west of the intersection of Highway 212 and Jonathan Carver Parkway, Timber Creek includes a total of 349 units, 74 of which are townhomes and the remainder single family lots. Onsite amenities include trails, ponds, and wetland views, and the community is located a half mile from Carver Elementary School with access to Chaska High School.
Lennar is the exclusive home builder within the development, and construction of Phase I commenced in 2021.
We are excited to partner with Lennar on this project. As the exclusive builder in this neighborhood, they offer a great lineup of homes from both the Heritage and Liberty collections.
