Eastridge Woods is a new Summergate development at the southwest corner of Bailey Road and Sterling Avenue in Newport. The concept plan covers a gross site area of approximately 45.9 acres, with a net developable area of about 28.9 acres after accounting for estimated bluffs, right of way, and easements.

The community is planned for 73 single family lots on 60 foot wide homesites, at an overall net density of 2.4 units per acre. Ponds and open space make up roughly 22 acres of the site, and select lots offer views of the surrounding bluffs.
