Summerland Place is a mixed use neighborhood, with homes and amenities for all ages. Ponds, walking trails, a community garden, and an adjacent park (future Killarney Park) are all available for your enjoyment. Conveniently located just south of Highway 169 in Shakopee, Summerland Place plans on having 4 unique sections featuring Townhomes, Single Family Homes, Villas, and Apartments. Each phase will bring its own unique mix, with Phase 1 consisting of Single Family Homes, Townhomes, and Villa lots.

Phase I was completed in the Fall of 2021 and included 54 large lots and 48 small lots (sometimes called Villas) in the first addition. The larger lots are 65 feet wide with 7.5 feet for the side setbacks. The smaller lots are 50 to 60 feet wide, with side setbacks of 5 feet for a 40 foot pad.

Phase II construction is largely completed, and lots are available for a Spring 2023 start. This phase consists of 92 single family lots and 78 townhome units, with lot sizes consistent with the earlier phase. 30 single family lots remain available as shown on the 2nd Addition download below.
