Lakeview Estates is a new Summergate development along Jamison Avenue and 17th Street NE in St. Michael, just north of Lake Wilhelm. The concept plan covers a gross site area of approximately 137.7 acres, with a net developable area of about 120.3 acres after accounting for delineated wetlands and major right of way.

The community is planned for 292 single family lots, a mix of 55 foot and 65 foot wide homesites, with an overall net density of 2.30 units per acre. Ponds, delineated wetlands, and a future trail connection are woven throughout the site, along with a proposed park and Wilhelm Lake shoreline access.
