Northview Preserve is a new single family community on the south side of Territorial Road in Rogers, west of the Skye Meadows subdivision. The development includes 75 single family homesites on 10,000 square foot minimum lots, all built to the standard 70 foot single family lot layout, with road access across from the Big Woods development, plus Wood Lane Road to the south.
The neighborhood is designed with a fairly good mix of different housing styles, comparable to the surrounding area, along with onsite ponding and wetland areas preserved as outlots.
